This account deletion process applies to sevencamps.com, Seven Camps LLC websites, and all mobile apps published by Seven Camps LLC.
Delete From the App
You can delete your account directly from the app profile section. Open the app, go to your profile, and choose the account deletion option. This is the fastest way to request deletion because it is connected to the signed-in account.
Email Request Option
If you cannot access the app or profile section, send an email to Seven Camps support from the email address associated with your account. If you used a third-party sign-in provider, use the email connected to that provider.
- Include the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include the app or service name, if applicable.
- Include the email address or account identifier connected to the account.
What We Delete
After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account where required by applicable law and where deletion is technically possible.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute resolution, or platform compliance reasons. Some data may also remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before automatic deletion.
Subscriptions and App Store Purchases
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through the App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider. Please cancel active subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time and will contact you if we need more information to confirm the account.
