Welcome to Saathi — an AI-powered app that lets you create your own AI Personas.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Saathi mobile app (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App only if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Agree to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes

  • Follow all applicable laws and these Terms

  • By default, your messages are stored locally on your device.

  • You may choose to sync them to the cloud, which is encrypted and secure.

3. AI Chat Disclaimer

Saathi uses AI to generate responses. Please note:

  • Responses are not human-generated and may occasionally be incorrect, biased, or inappropriate.

  • The app does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.

  • Do not share sensitive personal information in chats.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or abuse the AI (e.g. for illegal, harmful, or offensive behavior)

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app

  • Upload harmful content (viruses, malware, etc.)

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the Saathi app are the property of Saathi (or its licensors). You may not copy or reproduce any part of the app without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
